Here is a funny shot of me and my wonderful sister, Cheryl, enjoying a glass of champagne after walking 13 miles yesterday.It has been such a blessing to spend Sunday mornings walking and chatting and laughing and catching up with each other.
And hopefully my heart and body are in better shape after all the exercise.
